Pick a look for all of them, order them the way you want, and download one PDF. The photos are read and the PDF is written on your device, so nothing is uploaded.

Questions

Are my files uploaded?
No. Everything happens inside your browser tab. The file is read from your disk, worked on in memory, and saved back to your disk. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, and there is no server here that could receive it. You can confirm it yourself: open your browser's developer tools, look at the Network tab, and run any tool. No request carries your file.
How do I mark the page?
Each photo shows four corner handles. Drag them onto the corners of the page in the picture, and the tool straightens the quadrilateral you marked into an upright rectangle. The handles start a little inside the photo, so most pages need only a nudge.
What do the three looks do?
Original keeps the photo as it is. Grayscale drops the colour, which suits a page you want to keep looking like a photo. Scan turns it to near black and white the way a flatbed would, and it adjusts to uneven lighting so the shadowed side of a page does not go solid black.
Can I scan more than one page?
Yes. Add as many photos as you like, drag them into order, and they become the pages of one PDF in that order.
Why does the straightened page look soft?
A photo has only so much detail, and straightening stretches part of it. Hold the camera square and fill the frame with the page for the sharpest result. The scan look then cleans up most of what is left.
